Position requirements

  • Barista experience, restaurant manager experience, or sales experience

  • English proficiency (Bilingual Japanese-English applicants welcome)

  • Passion for coffee and customer service

  • Ability to work in a busy environment

  • Minimum computer skills

  • Desire to grow in the specialty coffee industry

Job description

Cafe Staff (Barista):
  • Taking orders, preparing drinks, and selling merchandise
  • Support event stalls when needed

Cafe Manager
  • Managing store operations for our Cafe
  • Asist Baristas when needed
  • Support event stalls when needed
 
Sales Manager:
  • Sales and order management for Wholesale green and roasted coffee beans

  • Domestic and international business trips

This job offers the opportunity to work with specialty coffee, one of the highest-quality categories in the industry. You'll start in a cafe, where there’s plenty to learn—it may be challenging at first, but you'll have full support as you grow into a barista role. The team is friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to develop your skills. Why not take the next step toward becoming a professional barista and coffee expert?

Details

Working Hours
  • 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM, 3 days a week
  • Work at least 8 hours within the above time frame (negotiable)
  • Let us know your preferred working hours and shifts during the interview
 
Work Days
  • Weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (negotiable)
Employment Type
  • Part-time / Contract employee (both options available)
Salary
Trial Period:
  • Experienced: ¥1,200/hour
  • Monthly salary: From ¥220,000
  • Transportation allowance: Partially reimbursed
  • (up to ¥15,000/month for full-time employees)
  • Annual salary review
Training Period: 3 months
  • Training salary: ¥1,200/hour
  • Training ends once you can independently handle operations, even if it’s before the three-month mark
